Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming and Outgoing calls
• Vendor and service provider management
• Manage a team of Field service engineers
• Visit Customers on their location to understand the issues
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits;
• Follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Day to day company operation
• Billing and collection

Preferred candidate profile

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent command on Excel
