Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the team of customer support executives
• Handle customer queries via chat, email, and voice process.
  
• Manage escalations and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and concerns.
  
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members or supervisors as required.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
