Objective of the role;

• End to end closure on New business queries received on Help Desk from PAN India Sales and Branches
• A detailed Analysis on received query to check the CAPA
• Identification & highlighting process gaps and highlight to respective stakeholder
• Smooth coordination with Sales/ Branches and Operations team

Key Responsibilities;

• Handling New Business Helpdesk mailbox queries
• Problem understanding and accuracy and Complete Closure on Management escalated cases
• End to end Tracking and follow up pending escalations and queries
• Effective mail writing skills and problem solving approach.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant rules and regulation
• Experience in Insurance and Banking

Qualification: Graduate

Work experience in years: Should have past 2-3 years experience in Insurance industry OR should have experience in problem solving skills.

Minimum & Maximum Age:21-26 years of age

Other skill set:

• Good communication skill.
• Should know MS. Office.
• Should have experience in handling escalations and should be well versed with writing mails to stakeholders.
• Should have accountability and ownership quality.
• Should have good critical thinking skills.
