Customer Support Associate - (Voice & Non-Voice)

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the database as necessary.
• Assisting with customer retention by building relationships and addressing any concerns.
• Continuously improving the customer experience by identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions.
• Manage large amounts of Tickets.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 Months - 2 Years experience in a Customer Support role(Non Voice & Voice )
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer support environment.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management software.
• Should have a laptop.
• Proficient in English and Hindi, Telugu

Job Type: Intern Cum Full time

3 months Internship + Full Time(Based On Performance)

CTC:

Stipend:

Minimum Stipend: 20K

Maximum Stipend: 25K

FullTime Employment:

Minimum CTC: 3LPA

Maximum CTC: 3.5LPA

Work Location:

• Work From Home (Should be flexible for work from office based on the requirement)
• Working Days: 6 days/week
