Customer Service Executive

Qualification/Skills Required

1. Self-motivated and resilient
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
3. The ability to influence and negotiate with others to achieve desired outcomes and drive customer satisfaction.
4. Good to have knowledge of equity markets and familiarity with CRM products, though not mandatory.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling documentation and executing processes.
6. NISM certification would be a plus point

Role and responsibilities:

1. Contacting potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns.
2. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Managing the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering necessary information, completing documentation, and guiding clients through the setup process.
4. Providing ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout their journey with our company, building strong relationships and fostering client loyalty.
