Customer Service Officer - Kannada

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats in Kannada language.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  
• Process incoming calls, emails, and chats using various software applications such as CRM systems.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers through documentation and reporting tools.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
  
• Strong communication skills in Kannada language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work on Inbound Voice Process, Inbound Customer Service, Outbound Calling, Inbound Calls, Inbound Process, Solving Queries, Handling Customer Queries.
  
• Proficiency in Email Process, Email Support, Chat Process, Chat Support.
