Job Description
Role: Business development Officer-Personal Loans
Work Experience: 6 months- 2 years
Location: DLF Cybercity, Gurgaon
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads for personal loans.
2. Explain the features and benefits of personal loan products and services to potential customers.
3. Understand customers financial needs and offer personalized loan solutions.
4. Provide information on loan eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application process.
5. Collect and update customer information in the database accurately.
6. Follow up with leads to ensure timely and efficient conversion of leads into loan applications.
7. Meet individual and team targets for lead generation, conversion, and loan disbursement.
