Job Title : Customer Relationship Executive

Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive (Sales & Service) plays a pivotal role in ensuring
customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. This position combines responsibilities in
both sales and service, requiring the candidate to manage client relationships, address
inquiries, and proactively identify opportunities for revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and needs.
2. Customer Service:
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional
manner.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
and problem-solving.
3. Upselling and Cross-selling:
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
• Provide clients with information on relevant offerings and their benefits.
4. Feedback Collection:
• Gather feedback from clients to gain insights into their evolving needs and
preferences.
• Share feedback with relevant teams for product/service improvements.
