Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, phone calls, and email, addressing
inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to customers in a clear
and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, escalating concerns when
necessary.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and
followed up in a timely manner.
- Identify and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and product
recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and
best practices.
- Strive for first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction rates.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions to
enhance our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and continuously improve customer
support processes.
Qualifications:
- Any field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, specifically in live chat and call support
for B2B clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized, solution-oriented support.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to assist customers to the best of your abilities.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
