Urgent hiring For Mechanical Engineer/Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Design, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and design departments, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and improvements.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical) from a recognized institution.
• Experience Requirement: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.

Required Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems quickly and develop effective solutions.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical team members.
• Should have good experience on 3D solid work software and machine maintenance.
