Area Sales Manager - Room Air Conditioner (5-12 yrs)

We are looking for a leading Japanese Consumer Durable Company

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Set and achieve sales targets for the region, ensuring consistent growth of RAC sales.

- Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, segments, and potential key accounts.

- Monitor and manage sales team performance to meet or exceed targets.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

- Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and retail partners.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market share and increase RAC sales in the region.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor analysis to senior management.

Requirements:-

- Education Required B.Tech or MBA (Regular)

- Should have experience in RAC Sales of 5-12 Yrs
