Deputy Sales Manager - Commercial AC (7-15 yrs)

We are hiring for Dealer Sales & Service role based at Mumbai. Candidates should be from Air Conditioner background (Preferably Commercial AC). Please find the roles & responsibility below.

Role Objective:

- Sales/Collection target achievement for the territory/area assigned in accordance with guidelines of the Business Head to achieve Business Plan Target Management Goals.

- Developing residential/Commercial AC business through Sales & Service Dealers/HVAC Contractors.

- Promoting Sales of RAC/Cassettes/Tower/Ducted/VRF in assigned territory.

Channel Expansion

- Responsible for efficient management of the existing channel

- Identify new channel partner (SSD) trade opportunities for expanding the channel network.

- Responsible for channel/market mapping.

- Responsible for generating enquiries through Architects, Consultant, Developers, Dealers, Cold calls etc. tracking the same on regular basis.

Skills :

- Strong hold & relationship with SSDs, Consultants, AC Contractors, Architects, Key Influencers, FMC, PMC, etc

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Customer relation management

- Close watch on Competition.

- Sound knowledge of AC market.
