ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support in managing reward interventions for group companies such as - benchmarking, annual salary revisions, design of incentive and benefit programs, job evaluation
- Provide support in design of new initiatives and implementation of running P&R programs
- Analyse existing compensation and reward policies (Short term, Long Term & Benefit Programs) basis research and market data develop/propose a competitive solution
- Develop annual increment guideline by studying the existing compensation structure, market data, desired positioning, budget available etc.
- Responsible for releasing performance & reward related dashboard, MIS, audit reports etc.
- Business partnering with HR / Reward Heads for group companies (non telecom) and provide extensive support to these companies around rewards.
The ideal candidate:
- Post Graduate Diploma in HR (MBA - HR) from a premiere institute with at-least 3-5 years of working experience in HR Rewards consulting role or in-house Rewards SME team. Business partnering experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Data oriented and hands on with numbers. Excellent Analytical, MS Excel & Presentations skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with statistics
- Business acumen and skills to delight internal customers
- Collaborative Working
