Responsibilities:
- Identify new pharma business opportunities in both existing and new markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Parle Elizabeth Tools' market share and increase sales.
- Drive revenue growth by negotiating and closing business deals, expanding customer base, and introducing new products or services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with the company's offerings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Analyze and present data on industry developments, market demands, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into profitable accounts.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to showcase company solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and input for new product innovation or improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.
- Track business development activities and provide updates on status, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Mechanical Engineering + MBA in Marketing.
- 15+ years' prior industry related business development experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
- Focused and goal-oriented.
