Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Large Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team, with a focus on nurturing, consulting and acquiring large named accounts within Banking, Financial Services or Large Enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing CXO level relationships, strategic account management and a deep understanding of solution sales in the emerging SaaS markets.
As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and decisionmakers, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the successful deployment of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions .
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Management: Lead and nurture relationships with high-value clients in the BFSI sector and large enterprises, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Exceed revenue goals through effective sales strategies, pipeline management, and closing complex deals.
- Solution Selling: Provide expert guidance on advanced cybersecurity offerings, specifically in Threat Detection Platforms, and position solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and engineering, to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide clients with forward-thinking solutions and anticipate their evolving cybersecurity needs.
- Client Retention & Growth: Drive customer success initiatives, ensuring the ongoing satisfaction and loyalty of key accounts, while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
