We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to drive Business Development and Sales within the PSU and Government sectors.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and advance projects to the tender stage by defining and specifying tender requirements.
- Participate in the tender process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive loyalty and expand market penetration.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of selling ICT solutions and System Integration (SI) projects to government agencies and PSUs.
- Manage customer expectations effectively at various levels to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with consulting companies and System Integrators (SIs).
- Understand customer requirements and market trends to offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and foster an ecosystem of OEMs and vendors for SI projects.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- 12-15 years of sales experience in the PSU/Government sectors.
- Proven expertise in ICT solutions and SI project sales.
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, including experience in documentation.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization structure and multicultural environment with a "CAN do" attitude.
- BE/MBA qualification.
