Regional Manager - Key Accounts - CV and APC
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technology/ engineering or Master's degree in Science / Technology / Engineering. Master's in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing would be preferred.
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team in similar field.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as market dynamics within the region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
