Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales campaigns in the USA, UK and ANZ markets
• Promote the PalTech services to prospective clients and generate qualified leads from the business development team
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback
• Interact with prospects and respond to important inquiries about the company services
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Technical skills required to understand and propose the right services by focusing on client requirements
• Ability to communicate information to internal teams and customers in a clear and concise manner
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ZOHO, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM systems

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of US geography and familiarity with international markets (UK, Australia).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive revenue growth. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
