Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads and inquiries, providing timely and relevant information to prospects.
  • Conduct sales meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with leads through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Close sales deals by effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
  • Generate outbound sales calls to target prospects and qualify leads.
  • Utilize social media platforms like LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a dynamic and results-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software (e.g., Zoho).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Represent Finsmart Accounting professionally in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Future Opportunity for Travel: In the future, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to travel to the US for sales meetings and conferences, contributing to the expansion of our international presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional sales, business development, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software like Zoho or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work in the USA shift from 4 pm to 1 am (PST).
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for sales prospecting and networking.

Location: Pune/Mumbai /Ahmedabad (USA Shift: 4 pm to 1 am)
