The Role Description:

Designated position will be a part of India Marketing & Sales Organization. This role will be responsible for promoting and selling Tribastion’s capabilities and solutions to customers in India, with a focus on Consulting & Manage Security Services offerings. The individual will be responsible for developing & leading Business development plans and Sales strategy of Cyber Security services.

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the cyber security market. The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge of cyber security solutions and industry trends to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services to prospective clients. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while helping customers enhance their security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Articulate and promote the company's values, value proposition and offerings.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the target market to generate new business opportunities by market intelligence.
  • Develop marketing strategy for the must-win key accounts programs for the target sectors.
  • Drive CXO level engagement and conversations and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and challenges related to cyber security, and present tailored solutions to address the needs effectively.
  • Conduct product & services demonstrations, presentations, and discussions to showcase the benefits and features of our cyber security offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and technical experts, to ensure accurate scoping, solution design, and POCs for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the delivery teams to provide pre- and post-sales support and assistance to the client to lay the foundation for future growth
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cyber security domain.
  • Generate revenue from campaigns and plans to penetrate competitor accounts, acquire new accounts, and build a platform to scale accounts into multimillion-dollar engagements
  • Represent Tribastion in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional network and generate leads.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and meet or exceed profitability, collection, quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Prepare & monitor Sales KPIs and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Manage connections with OEMs, channel partners and distributors to identify opportunities and generate revenue.
  • Drive, Build and lead highly performance sales executive team in the region

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of over 10+ years in a Consultative selling cybersecurity products and solutions to Enterprise customers (India and International Markets).
  • Must have excellent track of successfully closing large deals of more than 5 Cr+ in local market
  • Successful record of working with Large Enterprises and Governments organizations in selling SOC/MDR, VAPT, Application Security, Red Team, & ISMS Certifications, Cyber Security Regulatory Audits (RBI , SEBI , IRDA) , Cyber Security Awareness Training etc.
  • Experience in leading CXO level engagement and conversations to articulate customer’s pain points and provide suitable solutions.
  • Good understanding of Cyber Security market and technical knowledge product and solutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting new prospects, opening and winning new client accounts as well as winning new business from existing accounts through up/cross sales.
  • Strong capability of independently identifying, nurturing and closing large opportunities and succeeding in a target/quota-driven sales environment.
  • Effectively collaborate with the business units to achieve sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Aptitude to pick up new technologies/ solutions and articulate relevant value propositions across an account.
  • Excellent Service Management and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Possess excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, management, staff members, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to work calmly with patience in high pressure situations in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to travel as needed.

Education and Certification preferred for the role:

  • Graduate + MBA from top B school (preferred).
  • Any cyber security sales/product/vendor certification would be preferred.
