JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role specific skillsets:

• Strong business process (Sales and Retailing) and technologyanalysis skills - ability to understand MD&D/ similar industry and customerrequirements
• Take the lead on distributor onboarding activities (Interviewingthe dealer, Requirement gathering, Gap analysis, coordinating with variousstakeholder, UAT, Dealer Agreement Signoff, User Access Management, Documentation, Go-Live and Support)
• Manage & tracking customer incidents/ new requests
• Handholding customer resolving the issues through Phone, chatRemote Desktop, and email communication channels as per the agreed SLAs
• Provide the necessary training to the distributor as per the need
• Data analysis skills - ability to interpret data and reports forbusiness requirements
• Partner with Technical Support team members on various strategicprojects when needed
• Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability.
• Manage the master data for Dealer

Working Model: Work-from-office

Shift Timings : Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to helpcater to our clients better:

• Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
• General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am
• Please Note: Shift timingsdiffer basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on thescope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Any Bachelor s Degree
• 2-4 years of relevantexperience in L1 customer support (voice and email), with a strong customerinteraction experience
• Should understand theRetail business including supply chain fundamentals and organizationalhierarchy
• Passion to be a partof a smart working and winning team
• Ability to multitaskin a fast-paced environment
• Excellent ability tolearn and articulate software-related and technical concepts
• Strong activelistening skills and excellent written and oral communications skills (Englishand Hindi)
• Strong attention todetail when communicating with customers (verbal & written)
• Ability to empathizewith customers and convey confidence
• Expertise working withMicrosoft Excel and Reporting Tools
• Strong documentationskills
• Strong interpersonaland soft skills
