Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Business Head HR
Team Size: 5-7 Direct Reportees
Role Summary:
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution, excluding leadership hiring. Your focus will be on building a robust talent pipeline to meet organizational goals while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy to meet the organization's talent needs for IT/ITES and BPO roles.
- Operational Excellence: Drive recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timelines.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 5-7 recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen the organization's employer brand through innovative strategies and engagement with prospective candidates.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, leveraging data analytics and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure adherence to hiring policies, compliance guidelines, and industry best practices.
Desired Profile:
- Experience: 10-16 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in the IT/ITES or BPO industry.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of IT/ITES business dynamics and workforce requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (preferred).
- Location Preference: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
