Head - Talent Acquisition (10-20 yrs)

The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead and manage the talent acquisition strategy for Faxoc, ensuring the effective recruitment of top talent across all departments. This senior leadership position will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from defining recruitment needs to the successful onboarding of candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading talent acquisition teams, developing recruitment strategies, and fostering a culture of talent excellence.

- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization's business goals.

- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.

- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with the company's growth and expansion plans.

- Build and manage the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, consistency, and best practices.

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

- Drive the recruitment process to hire top talent across all functions and levels.

- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.

- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and continuously improve processes.

- Lead employer branding efforts to promote the company's culture and values and attract top-tier candidates.

- Work closely with marketing and HR to enhance the company's external image as an employer of choice.

- Foster relationships with universities, industry groups, and other talent sources to build a strong pipeline of future candidates.

- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.

- Advise and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, compensation strategies, and market trends.

- Monitor and manage recruitment metrics to ensure KPIs and targets are met.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to ensure a diverse workforce.

- Promote and implement policies that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
