The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leading talent acquisition teams, developing recruitment strategies, and fostering a culture of talent excellence.
- Develop and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization's business goals.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with the company's growth and expansion plans.
- Build and manage the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, consistency, and best practices.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Drive the recruitment process to hire top talent across all functions and levels.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and continuously improve processes.
- Lead employer branding efforts to promote the company's culture and values and attract top-tier candidates.
- Work closely with marketing and HR to enhance the company's external image as an employer of choice.
- Foster relationships with universities, industry groups, and other talent sources to build a strong pipeline of future candidates.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Advise and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, compensation strategies, and market trends.
- Monitor and manage recruitment metrics to ensure KPIs and targets are met.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process to ensure a diverse workforce.
- Promote and implement policies that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
