Job Description:
- The Head - TA will be responsible for all Internal and external, fresh and replacement hiring needs and work closely with various business functions in the organization to contribute to the company's overall success.
- This role is for those, who are passionate about talent acquisition and having strong people management skills and having experience of working with founders on 25/8 time lines and not 24/7 types.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across different internal functions to define & lead strategic initiatives that can support the achievement of business goals.
- Work with functional TA teams to drive operational excellence, adopt data-driven decision making and implement best practices.
- Highly Metrics-driven individual with team-handling experience.
- Driving the full spectrum of supply management from a COE standpoint.
- Identifying and partnering with external providers / vendors / partners as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices around sourcing function.
- Developing remuneration and reward procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of HRIS.
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
- Keeping the management informed on regular intervals to facilitate company strategy.
- Planning and directing employee training and development programs.
- Improving management / employee communications.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law.
- Implement the talent acquisition processes, systems for developing and retaining talent within the identified framework.
