Job Description

- Responsible for a talent acquisition [niche and volume] for the organization across all BUs.

- Chalk out near term & long term talent strategy for the organization aligned to its vision and goals

- Create and maintain manpower plan and budge

- Execute timely talent acquisition strategies methodically across BUs

- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.

- Plan and manage recruitment marketing campaigns.

- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and regulations.

- Lead, develop and motivate the talent acquisition team

- Bring operational excellence, performance metrics.

- Manage recruitment budget and resources.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in talent acquisition, develop industry mapping and market intelligence skills within the team

- Leverage AI and technology for talent acquisition

- Exposure in implementing ATS will be an added advantage
