Job Overview:
The General Manager - Recruitment will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing end-to-end talent acquisition processes to meet the business objectives of a domestic BPO. The role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage high-volume hiring processes while ensuring quality hires.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Leverage innovative recruitment techniques, including social media, employee referrals, and job portals.
- Optimize and manage recruitment KPIs such as cost per hire, time to hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to enhance their performance.
- Utilize HR analytics and recruitment metrics for data-driven decision-making.
- Handle candidate negotiations and ensure competitive salary structures.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.
- Continuously improve the recruitment process through technology and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a BPO.
- Strong understanding of domestic BPO hiring trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale hiring projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in data analytics and recruitment metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing recruitment for voice, non-voice, and blended BPO processes.
- Certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related areas.
- Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipeline management.
