AVP - Training to lead and enhance our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing training strategies, ensuring the alignment of learning programs with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in employee performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in training methodologies within the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategies to enhance employee skills, productivity, and performance.
- Lead the training team in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. Ensure all training programs align with business objectives and operational requirements. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Identify skill gaps and create customized training solutions to bridge them.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and quality teams to ensure training success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs. Manage training budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific training requirements.
- Mentor and develop the training team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in training and development within the BPO industry. Proven track record in leading large-scale training initiatives. Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and optimize learning strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and e-learning tools. Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline;
- Certifications in Training & Development (e.g., NLP, Instructional Design) will be an added advantage.
