Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation (Science/ Microbiology/Pharmacy)

Previous Experience: 10-15 years as GMP trainer (Preferably in sterile facility)

Reporting To: HOD

Job Description:

- To train the trainers of all the department.

- Training the personnel for site orientation training, review of qualification programs and the Learning centre management.

- To prepare SOPs and other documents related to training of personnel.

- Managing the department Learning Management System.

- Imparting training, documentation and archival of training documents of site employees.

- Impart technical training & Module training to the onsite employees and leadership team.

- Preparation of the training modules, training schedules on demand.

- Documentation of observation and continual improvement of the aseptic process.

- To participate in the investigation of the deviations in aseptic processes and critical operations.

- To participate in self-inspections.

- To impart the training of personnel and perform contamination control strategy activities.

- Any other new assignment or job responsibility assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

- To review the smoke study and continuous improvement on aseptic practices and techniques.
