Valueplus Technologies - Lead - Training Strategy (8-13 yrs)

This role involves building a comprehensive training framework to improve Mutual Fund sales effectiveness among AssetPlus distributors and partners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sales enablement, training strategy, team development, and data-driven learning interventions to achieve partner success.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Execution:

- Plan, design, and oversee the execution of training programs for optimal learning outcomes.

- Implement a structured approach to distributor growth and performance through targeted learning interventions.

Sales Enablement & Training Content:

- Develop and manage high-impact training materials to enhance sales effectiveness in the Mutual Fund distribution ecosystem.

- Design structured sales playbooks, scripts, and guides to improve partner engagement and conversions.

Team Development & Infrastructure:

- Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing training team.

- Build and continuously enhance internal training systems for scalability and efficiency.

Partner-Centric Learning & Growth:

- Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify and bridge skill gaps among partners.

- Work closely with stakeholders to design and execute Partner Growth Initiatives focused on capability building and business expansion.

- Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve training effectiveness

Compensation: The offered compensation package will be based on the candidate's prior experience and current Cost to Company (CTC)
