Position Overview: As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. You will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure robust financial management, and drive the company's financial strategy to support its growth and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify growth opportunities and assess financial risks.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure robust financial performance.
Financial Operations Management:
- Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage consolidation of financial results across multiple business units.
- Drive cost efficiency and improve operational margins.
Governance and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, statutory, and internal control requirements.
- Work closely with auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors to mitigate risks.

- Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
Mergers, Acquisitions, and Joint Ventures:
- Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Conduct due diligence and negotiate terms to maximize shareholder value.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA),
Experience:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of managing multi-location and multi-business financial operations.
Skills:
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, automotive industry trends, and global business practices.
