About Role:

- As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) you will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of an organization.

- You will provide leadership in financial decision-making, risk management, and long-term business growth.

- Listed Company Experience as CFO/ Dy CFO is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities :

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

- Oversee preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.

- Present financial performance and insights to the executive team and board.

Risk Management:

- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Capital Management & Investor Relations:

- Manage capital structure, cash flow, and investment activities.

- Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and debt management.

Operational Efficiency:

- Optimize financial operations and drive cost-saving initiatives.

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth.

- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
