(CA with 5+ years of experience in managing - treasury operations, cash flows, working capital, Borrowings, investments etc. )

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.

- Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and identify opportunities for investment or cost savings.

Treasury Operations:

- Implement and manage treasury policies, processes, and systems.

- Oversee the administration of bank accounts, ensuring optimal usage and security.

Banking and Stakeholder Relationships:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to negotiate favorable terms and services.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for banking-related matters, including account setups, credit facilities, and compliance.

Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Investment Management:

- Optimize surplus funds through short-term and long-term investment strategies.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate financial instruments to maximize returns within acceptable risk levels.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury reports for senior management.

- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to align treasury activities with business objectives.

- Provide guidance and training to junior treasury staff, if applicable.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial instruments, and risk management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in treasury management systems, ERP software, and MS Office (especially Excel).

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in corporate finance or investment management.

- Familiarity with international banking and foreign exchange processes.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
