Head - Human Resources - FMCG/Beauty/Online Retail (10-18 yrs)

Organization - A fast paced, well-funded startup in the FMCG Beauty space is looking at hiring a Head of HR in Mumbai

Talent Management & Performance Management Systems (PMS):

- Develop and implement talent management strategies and performance management systems.

Talent Acquisition:

- Lead the recruitment process and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

HR Operations:

- Manage HR processes, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate HR records.

HR Strategic Initiatives:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and drive organizational change.

- Learning and Development for First-Time Managers

- Design and implement L&D programs specifically for first-time managers.

Requirements:

- Proven HR management experience, strong leadership skills, knowledge of talent and performance systems, excellent recruitment abilities, familiarity with HR operations and compliance, ability to drive strategic initiatives, and experience in L&D programs.

A successful applicant will:

- Have an experience in a high growth startup or company in the lead HR capacity

- Have at least 7 years of post-MBA experience

- Have a strong understanding of PMS and TM

- Have a strong moral compass, and be a people influencer
