About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) professional to design and drive impactful learning strategies that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. This is a leadership role that requires strategic thinking, innovation, and a passion for developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Strategy Development:

- Design and implement learning programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.

- Drive leadership development initiatives to build a pipeline of future-ready leaders.

Organizational Development:

- Develop and execute OD interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness.

- Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps in skills and competencies.

Content Creation and Delivery:

- Curate and deliver training modules, leveraging both in-house expertise and external partnerships.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using metrics and feedback.

Change Management:

- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

- Support large-scale organizational changes through customized training solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and craft targeted solutions.

- Manage external vendors and consultants to deliver high-quality training programs.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in Learning & Development and Organizational Development

- Expertise in designing leadership programs and driving employee engagement initiatives.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Familiarity with psychometric tools like MBTI, DISC, or Hogan is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
