Job Description - The Sr. GM - L&D will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies across the organization, and ensuring their alignment with business objectives.

Description:
Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with Corporate leadership to understand business objectives, challenges, and talent needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the corporate department's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders on various initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
Leadership and futuristic strategy:
- Lead and manage the Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies for the organization, with a focus on developing leadership capabilities, fostering high-performance cultures, and nurturing future talent.
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to align L&D and talent management strategies with business goals.
- Drive the talent development roadmap and contribute to succession planning for key leadership positions.
- Identify current skill gaps in AI, ML, and Supply Chain domains and forecast talent needs 5 years ahead.
- Ensure the workforce is prepared for future challenges by building capabilities that align with technology, industry trends, and business requirements.
Changing Landscape & Future of Work:
- Anticipate shifts in the business environment and prepare the organization for changing workforce dynamics.
- Implement programs that address the shift from generic skills to specialized knowledge and expertise, empowering employees to adapt to emerging industry demands.
- Leverage advanced learning technologies to enhance training and development programs and align with the evolving global workforce landscape.
Program Evaluation and ROI:
- Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness and ROI of talent management and L&D initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate training programs, measure business impact, and refine strategies to maximize employee development and organizational performance
Profile:
A successful 'Sr. GM - L&D' should have:
- 15+ years of overall experience in L&D in the Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Open to Ahmedabad as a location, WFO/WFH
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Candidate should come with experience - working in Human Resources
