Job Description: Manager - Talent Acquisition & HR
Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
Industry: IT Services & Consulting
Team Size: 250+ employees
Salary Range: - 20-25 LPA
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager - Talent Acquisition & HR to lead our recruitment efforts and oversee key HR functions. The role requires a professional with strong leadership skills, deep expertise in IT/ITES recruitment, and experience managing HR operations for a mid-sized organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Partner with technical teams and recruiters to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in IT/ITES.
HR Operations:
- Design and administer compensation structures, benefits packages, and leave plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Organize and maintain employee records, handbooks, and directories.
- Develop and implement performance review frameworks, training programs, and communication plans.
Employee Relations & Support:
- Advise managers and employees on performance management, grievances, and absence management.
- Resolve employee disputes and provide HR support to ensure a positive work environment.
Compliance & Policies:
- Keep the organization compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Enforce company policies and ensure employees are aware of them.
Analytics & Development:
- Monitor HR metrics like turnover, absenteeism, and engagement rates to guide organizational development.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 10-12 years in HR and recruitment, with team management responsibilities.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in IT/ITES organizations is mandatory.
Education: MBA in HR / Similar
Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employment laws, and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
