Senior Role - New Product Development - Automotive/Aerospace Domain (15-20 yrs)

- Ensuring the proper follow-up of Quality and Delivery on domain Work packages for the Site.

- Ensuring that design reviews are prepared and documented as per the project/program schedule and to follow-up the main open actions.

- Ensuring proper collaborative work with other Departments.

- Defining mitigation plans covering a risk identified on the domain scope.

Responsible for :

- Managing the development of the site team to ensure the adequacy of the capacity vs workload vs skills and the transfer of activities if needed.

- Defining fixed costs and workload to secure project QCD commitments and formalizing hypothesis taken.

- Defining Electrical or Mechanical architecture taking into account depending the domain: weight, gauge, installation strategy, acoustics, eco design, ergonomics, aerodynamics, aeraulic.

- Allocating adequate resources to the projects/programs/tenders.

- Applying and follow-up the People Management Cycle

- Supporting the team in the resolution of issues and challenging actions (multi-domains) in particular those involving other stakeholders (internal or external).

- Reporting on activities progress and alerting in case of main issue (capacity, skills, rule applicability, etc.).

- Validating relevant deliverables and securing planning.
