Background: Real Estate(High Rise, Group Housing)

- Lead project planning and execution for high-rise group housing projects

- Oversee all phases of project development from excavation through to finishing.

- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders

- Engage with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.

- Establish transparent communication channels with clients and project teams.

- Manage project resources efficiently

- Ensure optimal utilization of labor, materials, and equipment.
