- We are seeking an experienced General Project Manager with a strong background in real estate to oversee and drive the successful execution of complex projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

- Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary project teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively to ensure alignment with project goals and address concerns proactively. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and manage project budgets.

- Ensure financial performance aligns with project objectives, controlling costs and maximizing efficiency. Ensure all projects comply with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

- Maintain high standards of quality and safety. Track project milestones and deliverables. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges. Evaluate and select vendors, contractors, and consultants. Negotiate contracts and ensure performance meets expectations.

- Qualifications : 15-17 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on real estate projects.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. Strong understanding of real estate development processes. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
