General Manager - Planning & Design - Architectural Services (18-26 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design process for a variety of real estate projects, ensuring innovative, functional, and aesthetic designs that meet regulatory requirements.

- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources as needed to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in planning and design to ensure that the organization remains competitive.

- Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality in design and planning activities.

- Manage the planning, design, and execution of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgets.

- Evaluate potential opportunities, risks, and challenges to optimize project outcomes.

- Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals across the planning and design departments.

- Establish clear objectives and performance targets for team members, while offering mentorship and professional development.
