About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) Director to drive strategic HR initiatives for the Technology or Cyber Risk division of a leading professional services firm. This role requires expertise in managing large-scale HR functions, fostering leadership engagement, and ensuring business-aligned HR strategies for a workforce of 5,000+ employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning for the Technology or Cyber Risk division.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive leadership development, employee engagement, and culture transformation.
- Lead change management initiatives, optimizing HR processes for a dynamic and high-growth environment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in HR governance.
- Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to design and implement HR programs, policies, and frameworks.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive work culture.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive HRBP experience, with significant exposure to professional services or consulting firms.
- Prior experience managing HR for a headcount of 5,000+ employees.
- Strong preference for candidates from consulting organizations, especially those with experience in Technology or Cyber Risk divisions.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, leadership coaching, and talent strategy.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR transformation at scale.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
