Role Overview
As the Head HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The role demands strong leadership and a deep understanding of HR practices to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic acumen and operational expertise to support and lead the company's human capital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide strategic input on organizational transformation and workforce planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR and people-related strategies.
2. Talent Management:
- Design and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- Develop frameworks for succession planning and leadership development.
- Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Build strategies to enhance organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
4. Change Management:
- Lead HR initiatives during business transformation and restructuring efforts.
- Provide support and guidance for workforce optimization and change management.
5. Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR policies.
- Update and communicate HR policies to reflect industry best practices.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage HR data and analytics for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and report key workforce metrics and trends to leadership.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Build a high-performing HR team aligned with organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent post-graduate degree.
- Experience in IT/ITES is a must.
