Directror - HR Business Partner - IT - APAC Region (14-24 yrs)

One of my Technology Clients is hiring a Director-Business Partner to lead HR strategies across the APAC region, supporting operations in India, Malaysia, Australia, and Japan. This role involves partnering with senior leaders, driving talent initiatives, and aligning global strategies with regional needs to enhance the Company's culture and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute talent strategies focused on organizational effectiveness, culture, and workforce planning.

- Adapt global HR initiatives to APAC-specific needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Leverage data insights to drive decisions, address skills gaps, and measure impact.

- Partner with business leaders to align rewards, talent management, and organizational goals.

- Lead change management efforts and support long-term transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- Extensive HR leadership experience in APAC with strong business acumen.

- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, talent management, and organizational transformation.

- Proven ability to collaborate with virtual teams and manage cross-regional HR strategies.

- Familiarity with Workday, Google Suite, and executive development frameworks.

Travel: Regular travel within APAC and occasional global travel required.
