Experience Required:

- 15-25 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.

- Proven track record in leadership roles, ideally in a listed company environment.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Drive the financial strategy of the company in alignment with business objectives.

- Provide insights and recommendations to the Board and senior leadership team.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.

- Ensure robust financial planning and risk management practices.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, listing requirements, and other statutory obligations.

- Manage internal and external audits effectively.

Capital Management:

- Optimize capital structure and oversee fundraising, investments, and treasury operations.

- Lead investor relations and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.

Operational Excellence:

- Develop and enhance financial systems, processes, and controls.

- Monitor financial performance and drive cost optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- Deep understanding of listed company compliance and financial management.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape in India.

- Proficiency in Tamil is preferred for effective communication in the local context.
