Position - US IT Recruiter

Location - Noida Sector- 62, C51, Near - Sector 59 Metro Station

Company - Mckinsol Technologies

Timing - 7:00PM to 4:00AM ( U.S Shift )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, LinkedIn, US IT Recruitment, C2C, W2, and other job boards.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates.
  
• Manage candidate pipelines from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends and industry standards.
  
• Proficiency in using multiple platforms for sourcing candidates (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client coordination and candidate management.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
