• Data Integration:Designing and implementing data flows from various retail systems (POS, ERP) into the CAR, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Configuration and Customization:Setting up CAR modules based on business requirements, including customizing data fields, hierarchies, and reporting structures.
• Reporting and Analysis:Developing custom reports and dashboards using CAR data to analyze customer behavior, sales trends, promotional effectiveness, and customer segmentation.
• Integration with other SAP modules:Coordinating with other SAP modules like Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Finance (FI) to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Performance Optimization:Monitoring and troubleshooting system performance issues related to CAR data processing and reporting.

Required skills for an SAP CAR IS Retail role:

• Deep understanding of SAP Retail functionalities:Thorough knowledge of key SAP Retail modules like POSDM (Point-of-Sale Data Management), POSDTA (Point-of-Sale Data Transfer), and relevant data structures.
