Lack of opportunities, no appreciation and no growth. Favoritism. politics exists, making employees difficult to progress. Low salary hikes, no training for freshers. Experienced employees face difficult obtaining experienced letter even after completing bond or even after notice period served they deduct your salary during settlement. There is nothing to like except some of the team members who are really supportive as for the company it is the worst place one could work at, there are no policy they are running like a grocery shop and started deduction even before they got impacted from Covid, no job security no health benefits and on top of that they expect employees to come to office during this risky time. If someone is leaving cause they are not providing salary and compensation promised this company does not even provide releiving letter and experience letter. Everything from the work culture which is a dictator ship and there is no sense of actual hierarchy, the bosses sitting in US think of themselves as God and HR at US is a black hole where you send any email or request and it just gets vanished and nothing comes back no reply at all, there is no job satisfaction and they find a greatsense of relief in harrasing employees. Father of the owner runs the payment cycle and can deduct salary at will and if he had his way he would not have paid you and made you work for free....Read More
