Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as Dice, LinkedIn, US IT Staffing websites, and other relevant platforms.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
  
• Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.
  
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in US IT staffing or recruitment industry (W2/C2C).
  
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends, technologies, and skillsets required.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and candidate management.
