Position - US IT Recruiter

Location - Noida Sector 62 ( On-Site )

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc. to fill open positions.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
  
• Manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (W2/C2C).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office setup.
  
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends and technologies (Java, .NET, ReactJS, AngularJS).
