Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as Dice, C2C, H1B, W2, and 1099.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with clients to understand their requirements.
  
• Coordinate logistics for client meetings and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress updates.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.
  
• Proficiency in using tools like Dice, C2C, H1B, W2, 1099 for sourcing candidates.
  
• Strong understanding of US immigration laws related to H1B visa sponsorship (H1B).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
